- Linkage Japan has adopted the following policy regarding
the use of information provided by individual applicants and
participants in our programs.
- We will rigorously abide by all statutory regulations and
standards to maintain the strict privacy of individual information.
- We will make appropriate use of individual information provided
to us only within the scope of the specified business purpose.
Upon receiving individual information from a client we will
define the purpose for which we intend to use that information
and disclose that purpose to the client.
- We will use information provided by the client in the context
of our programs as needed for processing applications, delivering
contracted services, replying to inquiries, and providing updates
and other information regarding those programs.
- We will not use information provided by clients, without
their consent unless required by law, for purposes other than
the disclosed purpose, or for disclosure or distribution to
any third parties.
- We will improve and revise this privacy policy in accordance
with changes in legal and other standards. We encourage clients
to periodically review this policy for ongoing improvements
and revisions.
